I’m a singer, writer, and actress with a BFA in Performing Arts from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Born and raised in Minnesota, my adventures have brought me to New York, Los Angeles, Wisconsin, Paris, and New York again. I am incredibly passionate about all things music, Marvel comics, and mocha-lattes.
After reading Dandi Daley Mackall's Grace Notes, a faith-based novel about a young girl who blogs anonymously, I was inspired to create my own blog at the age of nine. For four years, I wrote about my every-day childhood life under the pen name Mary Albright. Creating the site That's Just Me! ignited my love of writing, and gave me a creative outlet when navigating the complexes of adolescence.
Thanks to Mary, I learned that our future is defined by the choices we make each day, no matter how small. The purpose for this blog is to once again document my choices, so that when the future arrives, I can look back and appreciate the journey.
